Highly recommend Property Mums for anyone visiting Melbourne! They made our trip so easy and accessible, with super clear communication throughout—especially with the check-in and check-out process.

Absolutely loved Feel the Bay Breeze 1 in Rye. Walking distance to the beach. Close to everything.
Amazing property and Beautifully styled by property mums and very clean.
The sheets and towels were spotless :)
And so was the house.
Second time staying at a property mums property and both times have been wonderful.
Looking forward to our next stay.
