Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds for a restful night's sleep. The open-plan living and dining area extends to a private balcony, providing a wonderful place to relax after a day at the beach. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, secure parking for one vehicle, and split-system heating and cooling to keep you comfortable throughout the year. The building also offers lift access to both the apartment and the shared rooftop terrace, where you can take in the spectacular views across Port Phillip Bay and towards Arthurs Seat. Please note that Dromana Beach Suites 104 is strictly not pet friendly.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
