Welcome to Beach Suites 102, a beautifully appointed brand-new apartment designed for a relaxing stay on the Mornington Peninsula. With a bright, modern interior and a fantastic central location, this apartment is ideal for couples, friends, families, and corporate travellers looking to enjoy everything Dromana has to offer.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with both bedrooms offering comfortable Queen beds. The open-plan living space opens onto a private balcony, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for dining in during your stay. Additional conveniences include a laundry, secure parking for one car, and split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Guests also have lift access to the apartment and the shared rooftop, where you can soak in impressive views across Port Phillip Bay and Arthurs Seat.

Please note that Beach Suites 102 is strictly not pet friendly.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
