Fourteen years ago, Kim Steel purchased her first holiday rental in Red Hill, stepping into the world of short-term rentals. To say she’s passionate about creating exceptional stays is an understatement. It’s more of an obsession.
With 20+ years as a property investor and as the owner of three large holiday homes on the Mornington Peninsula, Kim knows exactly how to run a successful short-term rental— keeping guests returning and owners thriving.
Kim doesn’t just talk the talk—she walks the walk. She’s personally navigated the challenges of the industry, refining every aspect of holiday rental management to deliver flawless guest experiences and maximised owner profits.
Her expertise led to the creation of a proven financial formula—one that, when followed, generates returns of 20% or more. Her own properties see 20-25% annually, and now, through Property Mums, she helps owners achieve the same success.
