The Collective at Dromana Beach

The Collective at Dromana Beach brings together six contemporary coastal apartments in the heart of Dromana, just moments from the beach, cafés, restaurants and local shops. Comprising four two-bedroom apartments and two spacious three-bedroom penthouses, it’s an ideal choice for families, friends, corporate groups and colleagues travelling together. With the flexibility of separate apartments, guests can enjoy their own space while coming together to make the most of the shared rooftop deck and everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Each apartment features modern interiors, open-plan living and dining, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony, with split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The four two-bedroom suites each offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the two penthouses feature three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms and generous living areas. The penthouses also offer beautiful ocean and mountain views, gas log fireplaces and covered outdoor decks, making them a wonderful place to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

One of the highlights of The Collective at Dromana Beach is the communal rooftop deck, where guests can relax on the sun loungers, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the coastal outlook across Port Phillip Bay towards Arthurs Seat. With lift access throughout the building and secure parking for up to eight cars, the property is well suited to larger family gatherings and group getaways.

The Collective at Dromana Beach comprises six separate apartments, with the following accommodation:
Dromana Beach Suites 101–104: Each apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, and two bathrooms.
SeaView Penthouse at Dromana Beach: Three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, and two bathrooms.
OceanView Penthouse at Dromana Beach: Three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, and two bathrooms.

Dromana is a fantastic base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula, with the beach, foreshore, local cafés, restaurants and shops all within easy reach. Spend your days swimming, walking along the coastline, browsing local markets or discovering the region’s many wineries, breweries and farm gates. Arthurs Seat and the Peninsula Hot Springs are also nearby, offering plenty of opportunities to explore and unwind. Whether you’re planning a family holiday, a getaway with friends or a group stay, The Collective at Dromana Beach offers a relaxed coastal base with space to come together and enjoy everything the Peninsula has to offer.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
