This home has a no party policy, and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
