This relaxing home with fully equipped kitchen & expansive decking on several sides is impressively furnished throughout to comfortably host 10 guests amongst the treetops.

Set just a five-minute walk from the stunningly rugged ocean back beach, this unique three bedroom, two bathroom, 70s beach house is set above the local native treetops, affording wide district and distant water views. Expansive decking on several sides will keep sun chasers happy and provide the ideal place to while away hours reading or watching the sun or stars.

This character-filled private home is set on a sprawling coastal block with a large trampoline and has been designed as a welcoming and eco-friendly holiday destination. Birdsong, the ocean breeze, laughter and the inhouse vinyl collection will be the soundtrack to your time away.

Set up with families and couples in mind, the entry level features an enormous bunk room that sleeps up to six providing for a tribe of children or teenagers with their own funky holiday base. This area of the home also boasts its own fresh and functional bathroom and laundry for the smoothest of re-entries after a day at the beach.

Venture upstairs, where this relaxed and comfortable beachside home really comes to life revealing a further two bedrooms and generous open plan lounge and dining, where all the action happens. The space opens to expansive decking over the treetops, perfect for evening cocktails as you watch the sun go down or outside dining.

Decks off the upstairs bedrooms also bring in coastal vistas and generous light, and offer privacy for the grown-ups, as well as providing intimate spaces for quiet time and perhaps an afternoon nap.

The house has been impressively styled in keeping with the era of the home and furnished throughout to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. It's fully-equipped kitchen (including coffee machine) and meals area overlook all the family action. Master chefs remain part of the unfolding holiday fun. There's also a full outdoor eating area downstairs and plenty of room for yoga or other exercise outside.

The stunning main bedroom is graced with a king-sized bed, while the second upstairs bedroom has a queen. Both share a large, light and bright fully-renovated family bathroom.

The home also has a Webber BBQ (which doubles as a pizza oven) WiFi and two smart TVs for guests to access their own streaming services. Full linen is supplied.

This desirable home is on the Sorrento side of Blairgowrie, just a five-minute stroll to the Koonya General Store for morning coffee and sourdough (a must!) and puts you of the doorstep of all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer from restaurants, wineries and hot springs to shopping and adventure. It's a flat, dog friendly 15 minute walk to the front beach and a few minutes' drive to the Sorrento shopping strip for ice cream or a whole new wardrobe.

Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

We do not allow Bucks / Hen's parties or end of High School Getaways / Schoolies.
