The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, while bedroom 2 has a King bed and bedroom 3 has a Double bed. The studio room (bedroom 4) has 2 cosy Single beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. The studio bedroom is accessed via the secure courtyard. There are 2 full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom for your convenience.

This home has a no party policy, and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
