Korra House is a relaxed coastal retreat in Mount Martha, thoughtfully designed for rest, reconnection and a true reset. Grounded, comfortable and quietly luxurious, this is a home where days slow down and time is spent exactly as it should be — by the pool, around the fire, or simply enjoying the easy rhythm of coastal living.

The home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum 6 adults, or up to 10 with a mix of adults and children). With separate zones for adults and kids and multiple living areas, there’s space to relax together or retreat when needed. Enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in cooler months, split-system air conditioning throughout for year-round comfort, and a separate garden studio ideal for teenagers or quiet downtime.

Step outside to a private, landscaped backyard featuring a heated pool and spa, BBQ and alfresco dining — perfect for long, unhurried days.

Just moments from Mount Martha Village and South Beach, Korra House is close to cafes, calm bay beaches, wineries and golf courses, with Mornington Main Street and the Pillars a short drive away — an ideal base for a peaceful Mornington Peninsula escape.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
