Recently renovated, this house is gorgeous, the kitchen is fully equipped with lovely stone bench tops and a plumbed in fridge supplying ice for those afternoon cocktails.

Split over two levels it's a great place to gather family and friends. On the entrance level is three of the bedrooms and bathrooms. You need to walk downstairs (around five ) to the main living area and kitchen. To get to the second living area and master suite you need to walk up around six stairs.

On the ground level we have open plan living with kitchen and fireplace

Bedroom two with Queen bed and foldout single bed if required
Bedroom three with 2 built in king single bunks with trundle, sleeping 5
plus the main bathroom with bath.

Upstairs we have the second light filled living area
Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite.

The bathrooms are divine!! .
There is a large yard with electric front gate.
Parking on site for 5 cars.

We welcome bookings from guests happy to abide by the new Mornington Peninsula local laws for holiday rentals, all cars are to be parked on the premises. We have parking for five cars and encourage car pooling.

Your pet is very welcome to join you with prior notice to the manager. The property is fenced however isn't fully pet proof.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
