Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

A central and beautifully appointed kitchen will no doubt inspire something delicious, and with a large 8-seater dining table plus 4-seater breakfast bar it is easy for everyone to dine together.

Ducted heating/cooling provide additional comfort across the seasons, as do the ceiling fans, double glazing and big bi-fold doors to the pool and garden. And even though this property feels like your own private oasis, you can stroll the Balcombe Estuary Boardwalk to Mt Martha Village, beach and local parks, paddle down creek to Port Phillip Bay, or perhaps just relax and soak up your beautiful natural surrounds.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Please note: that there is a small old pond at the right hand side of the property. It isn't full to the top but has some water in it and therefore we ask that you be mindful of this with your children.
