Split-system heating and cooling is available in both bedrooms and the living room, making Horizon 95 a comfortable choice year-round. Guests also have secure basement parking for one car.

Ideally positioned on St Kilda Road, Horizon 95 makes it easy to experience the best of Melbourne. Albert Park Lake is close by and offers easy access to the Melbourne Grand Prix precinct, while the CBD is within easy reach for major sporting events, concerts, shopping and entertainment. St Kilda and Fitzroy Street are also nearby, with the beach, cafés and restaurants close at hand. For local favourites, head to Space Café for their chilli scrambled eggs, enjoy an excellent Thai meal at Derby Thai, or make a special occasion of it at the iconic Stokehouse.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
