The home accommodates guests across five bedrooms, with three bedrooms located downstairs and two upstairs, including two master suites. With 3.5 bathrooms throughout the property, House of Sol is perfectly suited to larger groups wanting both space and privacy.

Outside, guests can enjoy the sparkling solar heated pool surrounded by peaceful outdoor spaces ideal for entertaining, relaxing in the sun or enjoying warm Peninsula evenings with family and friends.

Perfectly positioned, the home is within walking distance to both Moondah and Earimil Beaches and only minutes from Mt Eliza’s much-loved village, filled with boutique shopping, cafés and local restaurants.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
