With 3 spacious bedrooms, all with top quality linen and mattresses, 2 with en-suites and 2 with direct balcony access. Main bathroom with bath, great size lounge with dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen with brekky bar and coffee machine, separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1- King Size Bed with ensuite and direct access to balcony. Single trundle bed also available.
Bedroom 2 – King Size Bed with ensuite.
Bedroom 3 – Queen Size Bed plus a single floor mattress, with direct access to balcony.
Porta-cot.

Other features include remote blinds, wifi, central heating and cooling, ceiling fans, board games, bbq, 2 undercover car park spots.
Boardwalks surround the centre with a nice easy stroll to the beach, playground and Provincia café.

Martha Cove is a buzzing newly developed waterfront lifestyle centre. Situated on the ground floor is Martha’s Table restaurant and fully licensed bar.

Bringing your boat? Hire a berth at The Moorings Martha Cove. Martha Cove Private Boat ramp conveniently situated in a safe harbour with direct access to fuel and trailer parking. The boat ramp is operational during daylight hours.

A launch and retrieval costs $20 per vessel, a seasonal pass can also be purchased.

We have a strict no party policy at the unit which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you need to move off the balconies so neighbours aren’t disturbed late at night.
