Pets welcome with prior arrangement, the yard is fully enclosed. They are not allowed on furniture and all traces of dog have to be cleaned up inside and out prior to departure, failing to do this will incur extra charges.
We welcome families with a mix of adults and young children to use instant booking. If you are under the age of 27 years please email first with your age range and the purpose of your stay. We will get back to you promptly.
We have a strict no party policy at this house, there is no loud music day or night and at 11pm you need to move inside to abide by council law. We support this ruling to protect our neighbors from noise late at night, if you feel this ruling could be hard to abide by then please do not book this house.
We don't accept schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. No bucks or hens parties either sorry.
