We welcome families and those over 27 years to use instant booking. If you are under 27 years please email us first with your age range and the purpose of your stay. We have a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you need to move inside the house. This is now council law to protect the neighbours from noise, we fully support this ruling.
