We will market your property through our superhost profile on Airbnb plus the other important sites, Homeaway, Peninsula Groups Stay and our Property Mum website. A “Property Mum” will be allocated to your property to ensure it is presented and cleaned perfectly every time.
Your guests are vetted carefully by our management team to ensure they are the perfect match. We have a no party policy at all of our properties and this is very clear on all of our house pages. Your Guests are informed of The Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct and their responsibilities to abide by these by-laws.
We take all of the hassle out of Holiday rentals and manage them fully by restocking supplies, laundering the linen and vetting your guests. Each house is run like a little business, we will assess your property and make recommendations on how to present it or suggest changes on any configuration that is needed to meet the needs of a wider market.
We only take on properties that are happy to present to the standard that our guests expect. We have property stylists on our team that do an incredible job, it doesn’t have to be expensive, we know where to shop to get the look without spending a fortune. We have so many repeat guests for this reason, we are passionate about what we do and that shows in how we present the properties.
