Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Clean Spacious and Well located

The apartment was clean, spacious and well located to the main shopping area of Mornington. COLES, Aldi and Liquor stores located a 2min walk away. The apartment is well appointed with a laundry on the ground level adjacent to the tandem garage. 3 bedrooms on the 1st Level Living area and kitchen on the top level. Highly recommended
