Welcome to Blairgowrie Coastal Elegance! This Luxe beachside holiday house, spread over two levels contains two living areas, with an open fireplace, a large chefs kitchen, leading to a semi enclosed alfresco area with Barbeque, TV and built in wine cooler.
Games room for the kids to play table tennis and lots of grass space for them to run around. Children will love playing at the rear sloping fenced spacious and shady lawn area or the front lawn with a completely private, tea tree lined fence, a fully sealed driveway and gated entrance.

A short five minute walk to the iconic Blairgowrie front beach and a 10 minute drive to award winning vineyards and the peninsula hot springs and . Take the kids surfing, take your friends golfing at some of the amazing courses within a 10 minute drive from the house or relax on one of the amazing nearly beaches. Take a short drive to the beautiful Point Nepean national park and enjoying the amazing views.
Plenty of parking with double carport and room for a caravan or boat behind secure roller gate.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
