Only a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the Iconic Potsea Hotel, the front beach and golf course as well as being very close to many beautiful restaurants wineries and the Peninsula Hot Springs.
The house has air conditioning to the living area and fans in the bedrooms. There is ducted heating throughout.
Sleeping eight people in comfortable beds. There is free wifi, and full linen is included in the tariff. It's a great place to gather family and friends. Your pet is welcome to join you with prior notice.
We have a strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night, at 11pm you need to move inside so our neighbours are not disturbed, Sorry no bucks or schoolies bookings of any kind.
Please read the house rules carefully, because If you break any of the house rules you will be fined the total amount of your bond.

There is a large deck and yard with parking on site for 4 cars.
We welcome bookings from guests that are happy to abide by the new Mornington Peninsula local by laws for Short term Holiday rentals.
All cars are to be parked on the premises. we have parking for 4 cars and encourage car pooling.
There is to be no outside use of the property from 11pm to 7am, we ask that you always have your noise at a level where the neighbours aren't disturbed and at 11pm you move inside.
