On the ground floor we have open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen. Leading out to outdoor entertaining and garage

A well behaved pet is welcome with prior arrangement, they are not allowed on furniture or beds and all traces of dog need to be cleaned up prior to departure.

We have a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm there needs to be no noise to neighbours.
