Large air conditioned built in study area for those that have to work from home including a couch

Off street parking for one car with remote control security gate and permit for free street parking for one car

Walk to Popular cafes, bakeries and restaurants in Armadale and High street
Armadale train station at the end of the street a quick two min walk and easy access to trams on High Street and Wattletree Road. Armadale train station is a short 12 minute ride to Flinders street train station and the CBD.
Armadale offers easy transport connections via train, tram and buses.

Armadale, is considered one of Melbourne's premier blue chip areas, with High Street, its main thoroughfare, containing high-end fashion stores and cafes. Glenferrie Road, a divider between Armadale and neighbouring suburb Malvern, is well known for its shopping and restaurants.

We have a very strict no party policy at this house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you ned to move inside with no noise to neighbours.
